BIBLIOGRAPHICAL DATABASE EKEBI provides free access to the BIBLIONET databases to facilitate better organisation of bookshops (http://www.biblionet.gr/) .
BIBLIONET SEMINARS Just a few hours of training are sufficient to show professionals the wealth of possibility that the BIBLIONET database offers. Once every three months depending on demand, seminars are organised for professionals as part of the Book Workshop.

PROGRAMME OF EVENTS TO SUPPORT BOOKSHOPS As part of EKEBI’s policy to support professionals from the world of books, in 2007 EKEBI adopted the programme to support events at bookshops.
Objectives of the scheme To support bookshops in organising book-related cultural events To bolster the marketing of books and reading To support the work of authors and to make it easier for them to come into contact with their readers.
Who is the scheme aimed at? The scheme is aimed at all bookshops nationwide. Priority is given to bookshops in the provinces. For what events is support available?
It is available for all book-related events, especially those concerning with specific actions to promote reading such as World Book Day, World Poetry Day, Children’s Book Day, and Reading Clubs. Before submitting an application form, please read the scheme’s rules carefully.
