| 02. Παράταση αιτήσεων για συμμετοχή στο πρόγραμμα «Φράσις» του ΕΚΕΒΙ | | Η Επιτροπή του Προγράμματος «Φράσις» του Εθνικού Κέντρου Βιβλίου (ΕΚΕΒΙ) συνεδρίασε στις 13 Μαΐου αποφασίζοντας να παραταθεί έως τις αρχές Ιουνίου η δυνατότητα υποβολής αιτήσεων από ενδιαφερόμενους εκδοτικούς οίκους, φορείς, πνευματικά ιδρύματα και πολιτιστικούς οργανισμούς του εξωτερικού για την επιχορήγηση μεταφράσεων Ελλήνων συγγραφέων. |  |
| 07. Τα Εργαστήρια Βιβλίου του ΕΚΕΒΙ | | Από το Εθνικό Κέντρο Βιβλίου διευκρινίζεται ότι η λειτουργία των Εργαστηρίων Βιβλίου του ΕΚΕΒΙ έχει προς το παρόν ανασταλεί και σε κανέναν δεν έχει παρασχεθεί το δικαίωμα να παρουσιάζεται ως συνεχιστής.
Σχετικά με το θέμα έχει αποσταλεί εξώδικο προς το βιβλιοπωλείο που εμφανίζεται με διαφημίσεις ως συνεχιστής των Εργαστηρίων που επί σειρά ετών λειτούργησαν με επιτυχία από το ΕΚΕΒΙ. | |

Mihalis Dounetas was born in Kranidi, in the Argolid. He studied at the School of Tourism Trades in Anavyssos. He worked with executive chef Peter Koerner at the Intercontinental Hotel and later with his mentor, leading chef Claus Fauerbach, owner of Bajazzo Restaurant. In Luxembourg he worked at Le Bergerie, an establishment with two Michelin stars, before returning to Greece to work in Athens, then at Catrine on Mykonos. Back in Athens, he worked at the Glyfada Golf and then the Casa di Pasta chain. He has attended seminars at the Etoile School in Italy and trained in Cuba for his successful Cubanita restaurant and in Morocco for his popular restaurant, Red Marrakech.
Currently he is a consultant to large catering firm and teaches cookery at the Le Monde School. He is a member of the Athens Chefs’ Club.
