Yiannis Geldis
The 100 Best Greek Recipes, Issue No 9
Losing Weight by Eating, Issue No 16
120 Suggestions with Feta, Issue No 29

Yiannis Geldis was born in 1967 in Wiesbaden, Germany, to Greek parents. He graduated with honours from L’Ecole de l’hotelier de Lausanne in Switzerland and did postgraduate studies in Heidelberg and Sotto Marino, Italy.
Though he learned his trade from major names on the international gastronomy scene, his mentor continues to be his father, an eminent chef.
Having won many awards both in Greece and abroad, Geldis is gratified to have received some of the local Golden Toque awards and declares himself incurably smitten by Greek cuisine.
