Christos Chrisopoulos was born in Athens in 1968. His first book, The Parthenon Bomber, was a collection of short stories, which came out in in 1996. Since then he has published four novels, another short story collection and two books on art. He has also translated works by Rupert Thompson, Susan Sontag and Susanne Berne.
