Frantzeska Alexopoulou-Petraki

Frantzeska Alexopoulou-Petraki was born in Athens in 1963. She studied stage and costume design at the Stavrakou Cinema School, where she won first prize for her costumes for the short film Amo-Amas-Amat. She worked for many years as a set and costume designer and assistant director in television, cinema and theatre,
Her first book, Friends? You Bet, won the Penelope Maximou Prize from the Greek Children’s Book Circle in 2006.
