Anthi Maroniti was born in Thessaloniki and studied at the Law School of Thessaloniki University. Since 1972 she has lived in Athens where she works as an editor. She has collaborated with numerous organizations and firms including the Cultural Foundation of the National Bank of Greece, the Athens Concert Hall and Kedros and Kastaniotis publishers.
She has published four collections of poetry. Some of her poems have been translated into German, Swedish, English and French and appear in anthologies of works by Greek and foreign poets.
