What is the EKEBI’s Bibliological Library and how does it work?

It is a library about books (Bibliological Library)

The Bibliological Library started operation in 1996 and is an intrinsic part of the activities of the National Book Centre of Greece. It is the first of its type, and contains material on all subjects related to books and reading. It is a scientific and informative tool about books, related arts, the sciences which have developed in parallel with the spread of books, and the business techniques which define their production, circulation and uses. It is aimed at researchers, students, professionals in the world of books (publishers, booksellers, librarians, printers etc), cultural and educational institutions, but also at all readers, both in Greece and abroad.

The Reading Room is open to the public from Monday to Friday 10:00-15:00, and library members can borrow up to 4 books at a time for 15 days, with the right to renew the books for a further 10 days.
