Chef Lefteris Lazarou celebrates 20 years at the helm of his popular restaurant Varoulko with this book. One of the best-known chefs in Greece, he has been awarded a Golden Toque by Athinorama magazine every year for 14 years, and since February 2002 Varoulko has had one Michelin star.
