Thanassis Niarchos

Thanassis Niarchos was born in Volos and studied political science and French. His publications include volumes of poetry, essays, conversations with Greek authors, and a memoir. Since 1983, he has been co-editor with Antonis Fostieris of the literary journal Lexi. He edits the Thought, Time and Creators series of Kastaniotis Editions, and is a contributor to Ta Nea daily newspaper. He has translated works by writers including Franz Kafka, Arthur Miller, Martin Luther King and Jean Cocteau.
